Dr. Malte Bergmann

Malte spent 13 years as a lawyer with an entrepreneurial streak before becoming CEO of Equivia. He began his career as a tax lawyer at Germany’s leading tax law firm, before co-founding YPOG, one of the most successful German law firm launches of the past 20 years. Malte has advised entrepreneurs, investors and companies on the tax dimension of transactions and other complex situations – always solution-driven and focused on the commercial questions that truly matter.
Malte holds a doctorate in law (Universities of Freiburg, Bonn and Cologne) and an LL.M. from King’s College London.
